Medical Quiz - What's the Diagnosis?


This patient is a young man with abdominal pain, diarrhea and these non-itchy lesions on his feet. What is the diagnosis?
1. Dermatopathia pigmentosa reticularis
2. Lichen planus

5. Keratoderma blennorrhagicum

What a rare situation I had never seen something like that before, I can understand his abdominal pain and diarrhea so lesions on his feet can be caused because he doesn't have the correct hygiene.m10m
