New Year - 2009


My 5 New Year Resolutions. What are Yours?

  • Take a 30 minute walk or bike ride each day
  • Stop eating JuJuBees and other refined sugar
  • Clean clutter from my life. Purge, purge, purge
  • Spend more time with family (less time blogging?)
  • Stop doubt

My doctor recommended that I do a 30 minute or more walk too.
I need to work on my 2009 goals also.

Hope you can still fit in your wonderful writing for your blog combining it with yor important quality family time. I appriciate the time you have devoted to making your blog so informative, educational, interesting and great to read.
