Skin Lump - You Be the Doctor

This 71 year old man comes to the office with a lesion on his cheek that has been there for several years. He thinks it is getting larger and it does not bleed or hurt.  You are the doctor.  What is your diagnosis?

1. Basal cell carcinoma
2. Squamous cell carcinoma
3. Wart
4. Seborrheic keratosis
5. Melanocytic nevus

Make your diagnosis in the comments and the answer will be posted tomorrow.

Seborrheic keratosis is my guess. It has been there for several years and is growing, but not painful or irritating.

Thanks for your great contributions to medicine and public health! Love the blog!

Have you ever ever thought about including a bit of bit extra than just your ideas? I imply, what you say is essential and everything. But its bought no punch, no pop! Maybe should you added a pic or two, a video? You might have such a extra powerful weblog if you happen to let people SEE what youre speaking about as a substitute of simply reading it. Anyway, in my language, there will not be a lot good supply like this.

Can I make a suggestion? I think youve got something good here. But what if you happen to added a couple links to a page that backs up what youre saying? Or perhaps you could possibly give us something to take a look at, something that might join what youre saying to one thing tangible? Just a suggestion. Anyway, in my language, there will not be much good supply like this.

I would definitely have spoken up! If the guy had a legit excuse, like his plane was leaving in 15 mins, he could have at least begged forgiveness. At times like this is when I'm glad those Clear Lanes are coming back...I plan to rejoin

Your weblog is fine. I just wish to comment on the design. Its too loud. Its doing way an excessive amount of and it takes away from what you received to say --which I feel is basically important. I dont know if you happen to didnt suppose that your phrases could maintain everyone attention, however you had been wrong. Anyway, in my language, there aren't a lot good source like this.
