19th Century Obesity Cure

I really really want to know what the treatment is that this "regular practicing physician" will send to the patient to reduce the surplus flesh. "Eat as much and as often as you please" and no "bandaging or tight lacing."  Bring it on!

I want my doctor to call that in for me. But never heard of regular practicing as a speciality.

Eating too many carbohydrates causes weight gain by increasing insulin levels. (Insulin is your body's "fat-storing" hormone.) But a new study from scientists shows that drinking weight loss tea for 15 minutes before eating carbohydrates helps "blunt" the rise in insulin you normally get after eating carbs.

Well dicussions reagarding health not only should be thought provoking, but should also lead to actions. Found appreciable content, but at the same time can recommend a health proposition as cited in ancient scriptures with a curious mix of modern dietory regimes. Please find link as http://www.desidieter.com/ . If somebody feels he/she is not getting success in gaining health and reducing weight, live councellors at site can help to formulate a practical weight loss plan as well. Sharing the info makes me feel happy even if 1 fellow gets benefited, and do send me feedback at evangelisthealth[at]gmail.com

The earliest indications of obesity can be traced back to the first modern humans in Europe about 35,000 years ago. In those days, efficient storage of energy (i.e., fat) in times of plenty was paramount to surviving the next famine. Times have changed and famine does not exist in our part of the world any longer. Therefore, our once lifesaving ability to store energy (i.e., fat) efficiently has since turned against us. It now shows up in our society as the constant concern of too much weight and ultimately, as obesity. For thousands of years, being overweight and obesity were exceptionally rare phenomena and were almost never studied.

Can I make a suggestion? I think youve got something good here. But what if you happen to added a couple links to a page that backs up what youre saying? Or perhaps you could possibly give us something to take a look at, something that might join what youre saying to one thing tangible? Just a suggestion. Anyway, in my language, there will not be much good supply like this.
